CRITICAL REVIEW

Depending on the intent and purpose of his works of art, the artist chooses either an absolute abstract discourse or a reminiscent-narrative one. The stylistic unity is conferred by the way he uses volumes and forms (monoliths), situating them in space and exploring the relation between static and dynamic, between filled shapes and concave surfaces, which do not impair the coherence of the volume. His monumental sculptures revolve around two major themes - the pillar and the cairn / barrow, carved in curved and prismatic shapes.
